HOW ARE THE ORIGINAL DRAWINGS MADE?
All of the original drawings are made by hand by Pattie Lee. They are drawn with ink and colored pencil.
ARE THE ORIGINAL DRAWINGS AVAILABLE FOR SALE?
Some are and some aren’t. Please contact us to inquire if you are interested in a specific piece.
How are your prints made?
All prints are made using Inkjet printers on high quality photo paper - Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 or Epson Hot Press Bright. All prints are made here in the USA.
Do you offer any other sizes that aren’t listed in the shop?
We are happy to talk about custom sizes. Please contact us for a quote. Importantly, no artwork will ever be printed at its original size to preserve the integrity of the original.
Do the images in your shop accurately display what the print will look like in person?
Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness level you have. We do our best to show what the images will look like in person, but please know that they can vary slightly.
Do you offer framing?
Yes, we do! Our friends at Simply Framed custom make all of our frames. Learn more here.
Can I order a print of an image I saw at pattieleebecker.com that I don’t see in your shop?
Typically, yes! Feel free to contact us with the image and size you'd like and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long will it take to receive my print?
Because of our often-hectic schedules, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. US orders are shipped and arrive within 3-5 business days. For international orders, please expect your print to arrive anywhere between 2-4 weeks.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If you’re a CO resident, 4.31% tax will be added to your order.
How are the prints packaged?
Prints up to 11x14 are packaged in a clear sleeve with chipboard, in a sturdy, flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a tube.
Do you accept returns?
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit, as occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition. However, occasionally things do happen in transit and we deal with this on a case-by-case basis. Our shipping partners require any damage to be reported within 7 days of receiving the print, so please make sure to open your package in a timely manner. Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or even the original print to process your claim.
What are the exact dimensions of your framed prints?
We offer multiple sizes to fit your space and encourage you to measure your space carefully. We have provided dimensions for the artwork based upon the image size, paper size and frame size.
